From the M6 Junc 1. Follow the main A426 road towards the town centre, continue over the main roundabout (large office block on left) along Corporation Street, bear left at the traffic lights and then take right fork around gyratory road system, then left lane into Bilton road heading Leamington Spa A4071. The hotel if approx 100 yards on the Left well signed.

From Coventry (A428). Enter in the direction of the town centre along the Lawford Road, strait over 2 sets of traffic lights (pass Kwik Fit on the right) and then take right fork around gyratory road system, then left lane into Bilton road heading Leamington Spa A4071. The hotel if approx 100 yards on the Left well signed.

From Leamington Spa/Warwick/Coventry on the A4071. Head towards Rugby Town centre on the Bilton road. The hotel if approx 100 yards before the major gyratory road system on the Right well signed.

From M1 Junc 18. Follow main road heading Rugby - continue on main Hillmorton Road passing Rugby School on the left. Follow road round to left to filter into the gyratory road system, then take right lane, then left lane into Bilton road heading Leamington Spa A4071. The hotel if approx 100 yards on the Left well signed.

From Daventry/Coventry/Southam (A45) approaching via Dunchurch. Follow road towards town centre along Dunchurch Road, on approach take left fork around gyratory road system, then stay in left lane into Bilton road heading Leamington Spa A4071. The hotel if approx 100 yards on the Left well signed.
